Comparison review
The Microsoft Surface Pro 7 is slightly better than iPad (2020), with a global score of 66.9 against 66.6. Even being the best tablet we compare here, it must be noted that it is also older, a little thicker and extremely heavier. The iPad (2020) features just a little better performance than Microsoft Surface Pro 7, because it has a larger number of cores and a 64 bits processor.
IPad (2020) has a little bit better looking display than Microsoft Surface Pro 7, although it has a just a little lower amount of pixels per inch in the screen, a little bit smaller display and a quite lower resolution of 1620 x 2160px. The Microsoft Surface Pro 7 features a very superior memory for games and applications than Apple iPad (2020), because it has 128 GB internal storage.
IPad (2020) and Microsoft Surface Pro 7 feature extremely similar batteries. Apple iPad (2020) counts with a greater camera than Microsoft Surface Pro 7. Both have the same 1920x1080 (Full HD) video quality, the same video frame rates and a same resolution camera.
Although Microsoft Surface Pro 7 is a better device, it costs a lot more than iPad (2020), and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the iPad (2020). So if you need that extra features, you can buy Microsoft Surface Pro 7, but if you don't you can save some dollars and buy the iPad (2020), letting go a couple specs and features.
