The iPad Pro 12.9-inch (2018) has a global score of 81.1, which is a lot better than Microsoft Surface Pro 7's general score of 66.9. Although iPad Pro 12.9-inch (2018) is older than Microsoft Surface Pro 7, it's design is much thinner and lighter. IPad Pro 12.9-inch (2018) counts with a slightly better looking screen than Microsoft Surface Pro 7, because although it has a just a little lower display pixels density, it also counts with a little bit higher resolution of 2048 x 2732px and a bit larger display.
Microsoft Surface Pro 7 has much more memory capacity to store more games and applications than Apple iPad Pro 12.9-inch (2018), because it has 128 GB internal memory capacity.
