The Microsoft Surface Pro 7 has an overall score of 66.9, which is a bit better than the Asus MeMO Pad 8's 61.2 score. Microsoft Surface Pro 7's design is notably newer, but incredibly heavier and somewhat thicker than the Asus MeMO Pad 8. The Microsoft Surface Pro 7 comes with Windows 10 operating system, while Asus MeMO Pad 8 counts with Android 4.4 operating system.

Microsoft Surface Pro 7 counts with a bit superior CPU than Asus MeMO Pad 8, because although it has an inferior number of cores , it also counts with a larger amount of RAM. The Asus MeMO Pad 8 has a bit better display than Microsoft Surface Pro 7, because although it has a lot smaller screen and a lot lower 1920 x 1200 resolution, it also counts with a little bit better pixel amount per inch of display.

The Microsoft Surface Pro 7 captures clearer videos and photos than Asus MeMO Pad 8, because it has a lot higher 1920x1080 video quality and a back facing camera with way more MP. Microsoft Surface Pro 7 counts with a superior memory capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Asus MeMO Pad 8, because although it has no slot for SD memory cards, it also counts with 128 GB internal memory.

The Asus MeMO Pad 8's battery duration is very similar to the Microsoft Surface Pro 7 one.

Although Microsoft Surface Pro 7 is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the Asus MeMO Pad 8, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Asus MeMO Pad 8. So if you need that extra features, you can buy Microsoft Surface Pro 7, otherwise you can save a couple dollars and get the Asus MeMO Pad 8, letting go a couple specs and features.
