Google Nexus 7 (2013) has a global score of 70.8, which is a bit better than Microsoft Surface Pro 7's 66.9 general score. Google Nexus 7 (2013) works with Android 5.0 operating system, and Microsoft Surface Pro 7 has Windows 10 operating system. Even though the Google Nexus 7 (2013) is incredibly older and a bit thicker than Microsoft Surface Pro 7, it's design is still notably lighter.

Google Nexus 7 (2013) features a better display than Microsoft Surface Pro 7, because although it has a way worse resolution of 1200 x 1920 and a really smaller display, it also counts with a bit more pixels per inch in the display. The Microsoft Surface Pro 7 features a superior storage for applications and games than Google Nexus 7 (2013), because it has more internal storage capacity.

The Microsoft Surface Pro 7 counts with a bit superior processor than Google Nexus 7 (2013), because although it has an inferior number of cores (although they are faster) and doesn't have an extra graphics co-processor, it also counts with 2 GB more RAM. The Google Nexus 7 (2013) features a much longer battery duration than Microsoft Surface Pro 7.

The Google Nexus 7 (2013) has just a bit better camera than Microsoft Surface Pro 7, although it has a lower video definition and a lot worse resolution back facing camera.
