The Microsoft Surface Pro 7 is a bit better than Lenovo YOGA Tablet 2 8-inch (Android), with a 66.9 score against 60.9. Microsoft Surface Pro 7's construction is notably heavier and somewhat thicker than Lenovo YOGA Tablet 2 8-inch (Android). Microsoft Surface Pro 7 works with Windows 10 operating system, while Lenovo YOGA Tablet 2 8-inch (Android) comes with Android 4.4 operating system.
