Comparison review
Microsoft Surface Pro 7 is a little bit better than Microsoft Surface 3, having a general score of 66.9 against 66.3. Microsoft Surface Pro 7's design is notably newer and a little bit thinner, but way heavier than the Microsoft Surface 3. The Microsoft Surface Pro 7 counts with a little faster processor than Microsoft Surface 3, although it has an inferior number of cores , they both have a 4 GB RAM memory.
Microsoft Surface Pro 7 counts with just a bit better looking screen than Microsoft Surface 3, because it has a little bit bigger display, a quite greater count of pixels in each inch of display and a much higher resolution of 2736 x 1824 pixels. Microsoft Surface 3's camera is just as good as Microsoft Surface Pro 7's camera, both of them have the same (Full HD) video resolution, a back facing camera with an 8 MP resolution and the same video frame rate.
The Microsoft Surface Pro 7 and the Microsoft Surface 3 count with very similar storage for applications, games, photos and videos, they have exactly the same 128 GB internal memory. The Microsoft Surface 3 features a battery performance that's just as good as Microsoft Surface Pro 7's battery performance.
Although Microsoft Surface Pro 7 is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than Microsoft Surface 3, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Microsoft Surface 3. So if you want that extra specs, you can buy Microsoft Surface Pro 7, else you can save some money and buy the Microsoft Surface 3, giving up a couple specifications.
