These tablets include Windows OS (Operating System), but Microsoft Surface Pro (2017) has 10 Pro version while Microsoft Surface Pro 7 has Windows 10. Microsoft Surface Pro (2017) is a a bit lighter tablet than the Microsoft Surface Pro 7, but both are 0.33inches thick.

Microsoft Surface Pro 7 features a slightly better display than Microsoft Surface Pro (2017).
