Microsoft Surface Pro 3 has a general score of 72.2, which is just a bit better than Microsoft Surface Pro 7's general score of 66.9. Both tablets we are comparing use Windows OS, but Microsoft Surface Pro 3 has 8.1 Pro version while Microsoft Surface Pro 7 has Windows 10, providing some extra features and enhanced performance. The Microsoft Surface Pro 3 body is way older, just a little thicker and just a little bit heavier than Microsoft Surface Pro 7.
The Microsoft Surface Pro 7 counts with a little bit better performance than Microsoft Surface Pro 3, although it has 4 GB lesser RAM, they both have 2 CPU cores.
