Samsung Galaxy Book 10.6-inch has a general score of 71.1, which is slightly better than Microsoft Surface Pro 7's 66.9 overall score. Both tablets in our current comparison include the same Windows 10 OS (operating system), so you shouldn't notice any difference regarding operating system features. The Samsung Galaxy Book 10.6-inch construction is somewhat lighter than the Microsoft Surface Pro 7, but it's just a bit thicker and was released many years before.
