Comparison review
The Galaxy Book 12-inch has a score of 80, which is much better than Microsoft Surface Pro 7's 66.9 global score. The Galaxy Book 12-inch is an much older portable tablet than the Microsoft Surface Pro 7, but Samsung was able to make it thinner and just a bit lighter anyway. Both of these tablets include the same Windows 10 OS (operating system).
The Microsoft Surface Pro 7 and the Samsung Galaxy Book 12-inch both count with quite similar processors, and although the Samsung Galaxy Book 12-inch has a higher amount of RAM memory, they both have 2 CPU cores. Microsoft Surface Pro 7 counts with a slightly better looking display than Galaxy Book 12-inch, because it has a higher 2736 x 1824 pixels resolution, a bit larger display and a little more pixels per inch of screen.
Galaxy Book 12-inch has much more memory for games and applications than Microsoft Surface Pro 7, because it has a SD memory slot that allows up to 256 GB and 128 GB more internal storage. The Galaxy Book 12-inch counts with a lot better camera than Microsoft Surface Pro 7, and although they both have the same video frame rate and the same video definition, the Galaxy Book 12-inch also has a lot higher 13 megapixels resolution back-facing camera.
