GALAXY Note 10.1 (2014 Edition) has Android 4.4.2 operating system, and Microsoft Surface Pro 7 works with Windows 10 operating system. Although the GALAXY Note 10.1 (2014 Edition) is noticeably older than the Microsoft Surface Pro 7, it's construction is extremely lighter and just a little bit thinner.
