The Microsoft Surface Pro 7 is slightly better than Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T), getting a 66.9 score against 65. Microsoft Surface Pro 7 comes with Windows 10 operating system, and Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T) comes with Android 4.1 operating system. Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T) counts with a superior battery lifetime than Microsoft Surface Pro 7.
Microsoft Surface Pro 7 captures much better photographs and videos than Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T), and although they both have the same (Full HD) video definition and the same video frame rates, the Microsoft Surface Pro 7 also has a back facing camera with a much higher 8 MP resolution.

If you want to save some money, you can get Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T), letting go some specs and features, but you will get the most out of your budget.
