Microsoft Surface Pro 7 has a general score of 66.9, which is slightly better than Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 7.0's 66.5 overall score. Microsoft Surface Pro 7 works with Windows 10 OS, while Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 has Android 4.4.2 OS. The Microsoft Surface Pro 7 construction is newer and somewhat thinner, but also a lot heavier than the Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 7.0.
Microsoft Surface Pro 7 counts with a bit better processor than Galaxy Tab 3 7.0, because although it has doesn't have an additional graphics processing unit, and they both have a Dual-Core processing unit, the Microsoft Surface Pro 7 also counts with more RAM. Microsoft Surface Pro 7 features a bit sharper screen than Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 7.0, because it has a much higher 2736 x 1824px resolution, a lot bigger screen and a lot higher display density.
Microsoft Surface Pro 7 takes much clearer pictures and videos than Galaxy Tab 3 7.0, because it has a back facing camera with lot more mega-pixels. Microsoft Surface Pro 7 has a way bigger storage for applications, games, photos and videos than Galaxy Tab 3 7.0, because although it has no SD card slot, it also counts with 112 GB more internal memory.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 has a much longer battery lifetime than Microsoft Surface Pro 7.
Although Microsoft Surface Pro 7 is a better device, it is way more expensive than Galaxy Tab 3 7.0, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Galaxy Tab 3 7.0. So if you want that extra specs, you can buy Microsoft Surface Pro 7, otherwise you can save some dollars and buy the Galaxy Tab 3 7.0, letting go a couple features and specifications.
