The Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch is slightly better than the Microsoft Surface Pro 7, having a 68.7 score against 66.9. The Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch is an a lot older portable tablet than Microsoft Surface Pro 7, but it's somewhat thinner and much lighter anyway. The Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch works with Android 4.2.2 operating system, and Microsoft Surface Pro 7 comes with Windows 10 operating system.
The Microsoft Surface Pro 7 features a bit better processor than Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch, because although it has doesn't have an extra graphics processor, and they both have 2 cores, the Microsoft Surface Pro 7 also counts with a greater amount of RAM memory. Microsoft Surface Pro 7 has a bit more vivid display than Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch, because it has a much better 2736 x 1824 pixels resolution, a really larger screen and a greater amount of pixels per inch of screen.
