The Microsoft Surface Pro 7 has a score of 66.9, which is much better than the Galaxy Tab A 9.7's global score of 60.5. The Microsoft Surface Pro 7 has Windows 10 operating system, and Galaxy Tab A 9.7 comes with Android 7.1 Nougat operating system. Even though Microsoft Surface Pro 7 is incredibly newer than the Galaxy Tab A 9.7, it's extremely heavier and somewhat thicker.
The Microsoft Surface Pro 7 features a lot better looking screen than Samsung Galaxy Tab A 9.7, because it has a much higher 2736 x 1824 resolution, a larger screen and a much greater pixel density. The Microsoft Surface Pro 7 counts with much more storage capacity for games and applications than Samsung Galaxy Tab A 9.7, because although it has no external SD slot, it also counts with 128 GB internal memory capacity.
