Alcatel 3T 8 has a score of 58.6, which is slightly better than the Microsoft Surface RT's 58.4 score. Alcatel 3T 8 has Android 8.1 Oreo OS, and Microsoft Surface RT works with Windows RT OS. The Alcatel 3T 8 is a newer tablet, and it is also thinner and notably lighter than the Microsoft Surface RT.
Microsoft Surface RT features just a bit better display than Alcatel 3T 8, because although it has a quite worse pixel density, it also counts with a way larger display and a slightly higher resolution of 768 x 1366px. Microsoft Surface RT features a bit better performance than Alcatel 3T 8, and although they both have a 2 GB RAM and the same number of cores, the Microsoft Surface RT also has an additional graphics processing unit.
Alcatel 3T 8 shoots a lot better photographs and videos than Microsoft Surface RT, and although they both have the same video frame rates and the same 1280x720 (HD) video resolution, the Alcatel 3T 8 also has a camera with lot more MP. Microsoft Surface RT has a bigger memory to install applications and games than Alcatel 3T 8, because although it has no slot for an external memory card, it also counts with more internal memory.
