Apple iPad (2022) is a lot better than Microsoft Surface RT, with a global score of 74.7 against 58.4. Apple iPad (2022)'s design is incredibly newer, somewhat thinner and extremely lighter than Microsoft Surface RT. Apple iPad (2022) works with iPadOS 16.x OS, while Microsoft Surface RT works with Windows RT OS.
