The Fujitsu STYLISTIC Q702 has a global score of 59.2, which is a bit better than the Microsoft Surface RT's general score of 58.4. Both of these tablets work with Windows OS, but the Fujitsu STYLISTIC Q702 has older 8 Pro version and Microsoft Surface RT has Windows RT. Although it's the best we compare here, the Fujitsu STYLISTIC Q702 construction is heavier and notably thicker than the Microsoft Surface RT.
The Fujitsu STYLISTIC Q702 features a little better processing power than Microsoft Surface RT, because although it has an inferior number of cores , it also counts with a faster GPU running at 650 megahertz and more RAM. Fujitsu STYLISTIC Q702 has a bit sharper screen than Microsoft Surface RT, because although it has a little bit worse amount of pixels per inch in the screen, and they both have exactly the same 768 x 1366 resolution, the Fujitsu STYLISTIC Q702 also counts with a bit larger display.
Fujitsu STYLISTIC Q702 has a lot bigger storage capacity for apps and games than Microsoft Surface RT, because although it has no SD extension slot, it also counts with more internal storage. Fujitsu STYLISTIC Q702 captures much clearer photographs and videos than Microsoft Surface RT, and although they both have the same 1920x1080 (Full HD) video definition and the same video frame rate, the Fujitsu STYLISTIC Q702 also has a much more mega pixels back camera.

So if you want that extra features and specs, you can buy Fujitsu STYLISTIC Q702, else you can save some money and buy the Microsoft Surface RT, giving up some features and specs.
