Comparison review

Microsoft Surface RT has a score of 58.4, which is a little bit better than the HP ProPad 600's global score of 58.2. These tablets come with Windows OS (operating system), but the Microsoft Surface RT has a newer RT version and HP ProPad 600 has Windows 8.1, offering some extra features. Despite of the fact the Microsoft Surface RT is older and a little heavier than the HP ProPad 600, it's construction is still just a bit thinner.

HP ProPad 600 counts with a much better looking display than Microsoft Surface RT, because although it has a bit smaller screen, it also counts with a lot better quantity of pixels per inch of screen and a lot higher resolution of 1200 x 1920. Microsoft Surface RT features a little better performance than HP ProPad 600, because although it has 2 GB lesser RAM memory, and they both have the same number of cores, the Microsoft Surface RT also counts with a graphics co-processor.

The HP ProPad 600's memory capacity for applications and games is just as good as the Microsoft Surface RT one, and although the HP ProPad 600 has no SD extension slot, they both have the same 64 GB internal storage. HP ProPad 600 features a much better camera than Microsoft Surface RT, because it has a camera in the back with way more mega pixels.

The HP ProPad 600 has a much better battery life than Microsoft Surface RT.

Even being the best tablet of the ones in this comparison, Microsoft Surface RT is also by far the cheapest one, which makes it an easy decision.
