Lenovo Yoga Tablet 10 HD+ is slightly better than the Microsoft Surface RT, getting a 60.4 score against 58.4. The Lenovo Yoga Tablet 10 HD+ works with Android 4.4 OS, and Microsoft Surface RT has Windows RT OS. Lenovo Yoga Tablet 10 HD+'s design is newer, a lot thinner and just a little lighter than Microsoft Surface RT.
The Microsoft Surface RT has just a little better performance than Lenovo Yoga Tablet 10 HD+, and although they both have the same number of cores and a 2 GB RAM, the Microsoft Surface RT also has an additional graphics processor. Lenovo Yoga Tablet 10 HD+ has a much better looking screen than Microsoft Surface RT, because although it has a little smaller screen, it also counts with a lot better resolution of 1200 x 1920 and a lot greater screen pixels density.
Lenovo Yoga Tablet 10 HD+ shoots much clearer videos and photos than Microsoft Surface RT, because it has a way higher 8 mega pixels resolution camera. Microsoft Surface RT counts with a slightly bigger memory capacity to install applications and games than Lenovo Yoga Tablet 10 HD+, because although it has no SD memory card expansion slot, it also counts with more internal memory capacity.
Lenovo Yoga Tablet 10 HD+ has a way better battery duration than Microsoft Surface RT.
Although Lenovo Yoga Tablet 10 HD+ is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the Microsoft Surface RT, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Microsoft Surface RT.
