Comparison review
The Samsung ATIV Tab 5 has a global score of 69.2, which is much better than the Microsoft Surface RT's 58.4 score. Both tablets in this comparison have Windows OS (Operating System), but the Samsung ATIV Tab 5 has older 8 version while Microsoft Surface RT has Windows RT version. Samsung ATIV Tab 5's body is just a little bit thicker and just a little bit heavier than Microsoft Surface RT.

Samsung ATIV Tab 5 costs a lot more than the Microsoft Surface RT, but you can get a better tablet for that extra dollars.
