Comparison review
Samsung ATIV Tab 7 is much better than Microsoft Surface RT, with a score of 64.9 against 58.4. These tablets use Windows OS (Operating System), but Samsung ATIV Tab 7 has an older 8 version while Microsoft Surface RT has Windows RT version. Even being the best we are comparing here, the Samsung ATIV Tab 7 is an a lot thicker and notably heavier device than the Microsoft Surface RT.
The Microsoft Surface RT features a much greater processing power than Samsung ATIV Tab 7, because although it has a weaker graphics processing unit running at 520 MHz and a lower amount of RAM, it also counts with more CPU cores. The Samsung ATIV Tab 7 has just a bit better display than Microsoft Surface RT, because it has a quite bigger screen, a better display density and a better 1080 x 1920 resolution.
The Samsung ATIV Tab 7 has a much better memory for apps and games than Microsoft Surface RT, because although it has no SD memory card expansion slot, it also counts with 256 GB internal storage. The Microsoft Surface RT and the Samsung ATIV Tab 7 count with extremely similar batteries. The Samsung ATIV Tab 7 counts with a very superior camera than Microsoft Surface RT, because it has a much higher resolution back facing camera.
