Samsung Galaxy NotePRO 12.2 is much better than the Microsoft Surface RT, having a 78.2 score against 58.4. The Samsung Galaxy NotePRO 12.2 body is newer and thinner than Microsoft Surface RT's, but it's also a little heavier. The Samsung Galaxy NotePRO 12.2 works with Android 4.4 OS, and Microsoft Surface RT has Windows RT OS.

Samsung Galaxy NotePRO 12.2 has a much sharper screen than Microsoft Surface RT, because it has a bigger display, a much greater pixels number per inch in the display and a lot better resolution of 1600 x 2560. Samsung Galaxy NotePRO 12.2 counts with much more memory capacity for games and applications than Microsoft Surface RT. Both have exactly the same 64 GB internal memory capacity.

The Galaxy NotePRO 12.2 has just a bit better performance than Microsoft Surface RT, because although it has a weaker GPU running at 450 MHz, and they both have a Quad-Core processing unit, the Galaxy NotePRO 12.2 also counts with a larger amount of RAM memory. Galaxy NotePRO 12.2 takes much better pictures and videos than Microsoft Surface RT, and although they both have the same video frame rates and the same video definition, the Galaxy NotePRO 12.2 also has a back-facing camera with much more mega-pixels.

Galaxy NotePRO 12.2 has a much longer battery life than Microsoft Surface RT.

Samsung Galaxy NotePRO 12.2 is way more expensive than the Microsoft Surface RT, but it's still a great choice, as you can get a lot more features for that extra money.
