Although Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the Microsoft Surface RT, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Microsoft Surface RT. So if you want that extra features, you can buy the Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE, else you can save some dollars and buy the Microsoft Surface RT, resigning a couple features and specifications.
