Comparison review
The Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE has a general score of 63.5, which is just a bit better than Microsoft Surface RT's general score of 58.4. The Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE has Android 4.0 OS, while Microsoft Surface RT works with Windows RT OS. The Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE design is thinner and lighter than the Microsoft Surface RT.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE counts with a much better display than Microsoft Surface RT, because although it has a bit worse 800 x 1280px resolution and a much smaller screen, it also counts with a greater count of pixels per display inch. The Microsoft Surface RT counts with a little faster CPU than Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE, because it has a much better GPU working at 520 megahertz, a greater number of cores (although they are slower) and a higher amount of RAM memory.
The Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE has a lot better camera than Microsoft Surface RT, and although they both have the same video frame rates and the same (HD) video resolution, the Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE also has a camera in the back with a lot higher resolution. The Microsoft Surface RT features a much greater storage to store more games and applications than Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE, because although it has no SD memory card expansion slot, it also counts with 64 GB internal storage.
Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE counts with a much better battery performance than Microsoft Surface RT.
Although Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the Microsoft Surface RT, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Microsoft Surface RT. So if you want that extra features, you can buy the Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE, else you can save some dollars and buy the Microsoft Surface RT, resigning a couple features and specifications.
