The Samsung Galaxy Tab A8 is slightly better than the Microsoft Surface RT, getting a score of 62.6 against 58.4. Samsung Galaxy Tab A8 works with Android 11 OS, and Microsoft Surface RT has Windows RT OS. The Samsung Galaxy Tab A8 construction is extremely newer, notably lighter and much thinner than Microsoft Surface RT.
