The Galaxy Tab S4 is way better than Microsoft Surface RT, with a general score of 78.8 against 58.4. Galaxy Tab S4 is a much newer portable tablet, and it is also extremely thinner and a lot lighter than the Microsoft Surface RT. Samsung Galaxy Tab S4 has a bit better CPU than Microsoft Surface RT, because although it has doesn't have an extra graphics co-processor, it also counts with a higher number of cores and 2 GB more RAM.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab S4 counts with a brighter screen than Microsoft Surface RT, because although it has a bit smaller screen, it also counts with a much higher pixel density and a lot higher 1600 x 2560 resolution. The Galaxy Tab S4 features a very superior storage for applications and games than Microsoft Surface RT. Both have exactly the same 64 GB internal memory capacity.
