The Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra has a global score of 73.3, which is much better than Microsoft Surface RT's overall score of 58.4. Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra's body is a lot lighter and a lot thinner than Microsoft Surface RT. Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra counts with Android 13 operating system, while Microsoft Surface RT counts with Windows RT operating system.

The Microsoft Surface RT counts with a much more powerful processing unit than Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra, because although it has lesser RAM memory and less cpu cores (although they are faster), it also counts with a graphics processing unit. Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra and Microsoft Surface RT both count with incredibly similar screens, although the Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra also has a way higher pixel density, a really bigger screen and a way better 1848 x 2960 resolution.

The Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra features much more memory for games and applications than Microsoft Surface RT, because although it has no external memory card slot, it also counts with 128 GB internal storage. The Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra shoots greater videos and photos than Microsoft Surface RT, because it has a back-facing camera with much more mega-pixels.

The Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra features a very superior battery life than Microsoft Surface RT.
