Comparison review

Samsung Galaxy View is a bit better than Microsoft Surface RT, having a 61.5 score against 58.4. Samsung Galaxy View's body is noticeably newer, but thicker and much heavier than Microsoft Surface RT. The Samsung Galaxy View counts with a bit better hardware performance than Microsoft Surface RT, because although it has doesn't have a graphics co-processor, and they both have a 2 GB RAM memory, the Samsung Galaxy View also counts with a larger number of cores.

Microsoft Surface RT has a brighter display than Samsung Galaxy View, because although it has a way smaller screen and a lot worse 768 x 1366 resolution, it also counts with a quite higher quantity of pixels per screen inch. Samsung Galaxy View counts with a much bigger storage capacity for apps and games than Microsoft Surface RT. Both of them have the same internal memory.

The Galaxy View has a much better battery life than Microsoft Surface RT. Microsoft Surface RT takes way better pictures and videos than Galaxy View.

Although Samsung Galaxy View is a better device, it costs a lot more than the Microsoft Surface RT, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Microsoft Surface RT. If you are trying to save some money, you can buy the Microsoft Surface RT, and give up a few features and specs, but you'll get the most out of your savings.
