Motorola Moto Tab G20 is a bit better than Lenovo TAB3 10, having a 66.3 score against 61.9. Both of these tablets have Android OS, but Motorola Moto Tab G20 has the older 11 version while Lenovo TAB3 10 has Android 6.0 Marshmallow version.
