The Microsoft Surface Pro 3 has an overall score of 72.2, which is just a bit better than Motorola Moto Tab G20's score of 66.3. The Microsoft Surface Pro 3 works with Windows 8.1 Pro OS, and Motorola Moto Tab G20 comes with Android 11 OS. Although the Microsoft Surface Pro 3 is a better tablet than Motorola Moto Tab G20, we must note that it is also extremely older, much heavier and somewhat thicker.

Microsoft Surface Pro 3 counts with a bit more vivid display than Motorola Moto Tab G20, because it has a way higher 1440 x 2160px resolution, a little bit better screen density and a way larger display. The Moto Tab G20 counts with a bit better performance than Microsoft Surface Pro 3, because although it has lesser RAM, it also counts with more CPU cores.

Motorola Moto Tab G20 shoots much clearer pictures and videos than Microsoft Surface Pro 3. Both have a same resolution back camera, the same (Full HD) video resolution and the same video frame rates. Microsoft Surface Pro 3 has a much greater memory to store more games and applications than Moto Tab G20, because although it has no slot for external memory cards, it also counts with 480 GB more internal storage.

The Moto Tab G20 has a much longer battery life than Microsoft Surface Pro 3.
