The Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 is a little bit better than the Moto Tab G20, with a general score of 67.8 against 66.3. Both of these tablets use Android OS, but the Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 has a more recent 4.4.2 version while Moto Tab G20 has Android 11, providing you a couple additional features. The Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 is a much older and way heavier tablet than the Moto Tab G20, but Samsung was able to build it just a bit thinner anyway.
The Motorola Moto Tab G20 features a better performing processing unit than Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 10.1, because although it has doesn't have an additional graphics processing unit, it also counts with a higher number of faster cores and a larger amount of RAM memory. The Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 has a bit better looking display than Moto Tab G20, because although it has a little bit inferior number of pixels per inch of screen, and they both have an equal 800 x 1280 resolution, the Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 also counts with a larger display.
The Motorola Moto Tab G20 captures just a bit better photos and videos than Galaxy Tab 4 10.1, because it has a way better 5 MP resolution camera in the back and a way better 1920x1080 (Full HD) video resolution. Motorola Moto Tab G20 has a much better storage capacity for apps and games than Galaxy Tab 4 10.1, because it has 32 GB internal memory capacity and a slot for an SD memory card that holds up to 2 TB.
The Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 features superior battery life than Moto Tab G20, because it has a 33% more battery size.
