Moto Tab G20 is much better than the Sony Tablet S, with a score of 66.3 against 57.5. These devices include Android operating system, but Moto Tab G20 has a more recent 11 version and Sony Tablet S has Android 4.0 version. Moto Tab G20's construction is way newer, noticeably thinner and much lighter than the Sony Tablet S.

Moto Tab G20 counts with a much better performance than Sony Tablet S, because it has a larger amount of RAM memory and a greater number of cores. The Moto Tab G20 has a slightly better display than Sony Tablet S, because although it has a bit smaller screen, and they both have the same resolution of 800 x 1280 pixels, the Moto Tab G20 also counts with a little bit higher pixels number in each screen inch.

Moto Tab G20 counts with a much better memory to install applications and games than Sony Tablet S, and although they both have equal internal memory, the Moto Tab G20 also has a SD memory card expansion slot that admits a maximum of 2 TB. The Motorola Moto Tab G20 has a little better battery life than Sony Tablet S, because it has 5100mAh of battery capacity instead of 5000mAh.

Moto Tab G20 counts with just a bit better camera than Sony Tablet S, and although they both have a back-facing camera with a 5 mega-pixels, the Moto Tab G20 also has a lot better 1920x1080 video resolution.
