Xperia Tablet Z is just a bit better than Motorola Moto Tab G20, with a global score of 68.5 against 66.3. Both of these tablets include Android OS, but the Xperia Tablet Z has newer 4.4.4 version while Motorola Moto Tab G20 has Android 11 version. The Motorola Moto Tab G20 features a little bit better camera than Xperia Tablet Z, although it has a lower video definition and a lot lower 5 mega-pixels resolution back facing camera.
