Xperia Z3 Tablet Compact is a bit better than the Moto Tab G20, having a 71.3 score against 66.3. These tablets have Android OS (Operating System), but Xperia Z3 Tablet Compact has the older 4.4 version while Moto Tab G20 has Android 11 version. Xperia Z3 Tablet Compact's construction is lighter and noticeably thinner than Moto Tab G20, although it was released many years before.

Xperia Z3 Tablet Compact shoots a bit better pictures and videos than Motorola Moto Tab G20, and although they both have the same video frame rates and the same 1920x1080 (Full HD) video resolution, the Xperia Z3 Tablet Compact also has a camera in the back with a much better 8.1 megapixels resolution.
