The Blackview Tab 13 is much better than Motorola XOOM Wi-Fi, getting a general score of 63.8 against 55.1. The Blackview Tab 13 construction is noticeably newer, way thinner and notably lighter than the Motorola XOOM Wi-Fi. Both of these tablets include Android OS (operating system), but Blackview Tab 13 has the older 12 version while Motorola XOOM Wi-Fi has Android 4.1.2 version.
Blackview Tab 13 features a much powerful processor than Motorola XOOM Wi-Fi, because it has a greater amount of RAM and more cpu cores. The Blackview Tab 13 features a bit sharper display than Motorola XOOM Wi-Fi, and although they both have a display of the same size, the Blackview Tab 13 also has more pixels per display inch and a lot higher 1080 x 1920 resolution.
The Blackview Tab 13 has a better camera than Motorola XOOM Wi-Fi, because it has a back-facing camera with a lot higher 13 megapixels resolution and a much higher 1920x1080 video resolution.
