The Dell Venue 8 7840 has an overall score of 61, which is much better than Motorola XOOM Wi-Fi's 55.1 score. These tablets work with Android OS (Operating System), but Dell Venue 8 7840 has newer 4.4 version and Motorola XOOM Wi-Fi has Android 4.1.2, so it provides you lots of additional features. The Dell Venue 8 7840 is a much lighter and notably thinner tablet than the Motorola XOOM Wi-Fi.

Dell Venue 8 7840 features a much sharper screen than Motorola XOOM Wi-Fi, because although it has a little bit smaller display, it also counts with a much better 2560 x 1600 resolution and a much greater pixels count per display inch.
