Huawei MediaPad M1 is better than Motorola XOOM Wi-Fi, with a score of 61.5 against 55.1. The Huawei MediaPad M1 construction is newer, extremely thinner and extremely lighter than Motorola XOOM Wi-Fi. These tablets include Android OS (Operating System), but the Huawei MediaPad M1 has newer 4.2.2 version while Motorola XOOM Wi-Fi has Android 4.1.2 version, providing you a couple nice extra features.

The Huawei MediaPad M1 features a brighter screen than Motorola XOOM Wi-Fi, because although it has a way smaller display, and they both have the same exact 1280 x 800px resolution, the Huawei MediaPad M1 also counts with a greater pixel number per inch in the display. Huawei MediaPad M1 has just a little better performance than Motorola XOOM Wi-Fi, and although they both have a 1 GB RAM, the Huawei MediaPad M1 also has more cpu cores.

The Motorola XOOM Wi-Fi takes much better videos and photos than Huawei MediaPad M1. Both have the same video frame rates, a same resolution back camera and the same (HD) video definition. Motorola XOOM Wi-Fi has a superior storage capacity for applications and games than Huawei MediaPad M1, and although they both have a SD extension slot that allows a maximum of 32 GB, the Motorola XOOM Wi-Fi also has 24 GB more internal storage.

The Huawei MediaPad M1 features a superior battery duration than Motorola XOOM Wi-Fi.

Huawei MediaPad M1 is not only the best tablets of the ones in this comparison, but it's also by far the cheapest.
