The Lenovo ThinkPad 8 comes with Windows 8.1 OS, and Motorola XOOM Wi-Fi comes with Android 4.1.2 OS. The Lenovo ThinkPad 8 is a way lighter and a lot thinner tablet than Motorola XOOM Wi-Fi.

Lenovo ThinkPad 8 features a better CPU than Motorola XOOM Wi-Fi, because it has a larger number of cores and a larger amount of RAM memory.
