Microsoft Surface 2 has a score of 63.4, which is much better than Motorola XOOM Wi-Fi's score of 55.1. Microsoft Surface 2 counts with Windows RT 8.1 OS, and Motorola XOOM Wi-Fi counts with Android 4.1.2 OS. Microsoft Surface 2 is a notably newer tablet, and it's also incredibly thinner and a bit lighter than Motorola XOOM Wi-Fi.
