Microsoft Surface Pro is better than Motorola XOOM Wi-Fi, with a 63.2 score against 55.1. Microsoft Surface Pro has Windows 8 Pro OS, while Motorola XOOM Wi-Fi counts with Android 4.1.2 OS. Microsoft Surface Pro's construction is newer, but a little bit thicker and heavier than the Motorola XOOM Wi-Fi.

Microsoft Surface Pro counts with a sharper display than Motorola XOOM Wi-Fi, because it has a much better 1080 x 1920 pixels resolution, a quite larger display and a better screen pixel density. The Microsoft Surface Pro features a much bigger memory capacity for games and applications than Motorola XOOM Wi-Fi, because although it has no slot for SD memory cards, it also counts with 128 GB internal storage capacity.

The Microsoft Surface Pro is more expensive than the Motorola XOOM Wi-Fi, but it's still a convenient choice, as you can get a much better tablet for that extra money.
