The Microsoft Surface Pro 3 is way better than Motorola XOOM Wi-Fi, with a 68.5 score against 55.1. Even though Microsoft Surface Pro 3 is just a little bit heavier than Motorola XOOM Wi-Fi, it's incredibly thinner and much newer. The Microsoft Surface Pro 3 counts with Windows 8.1 Pro OS, while Motorola XOOM Wi-Fi has Android 4.1.2 OS.

Microsoft Surface Pro 3 has a faster processing unit than Motorola XOOM Wi-Fi, and although they both have 2 processing cores, the Microsoft Surface Pro 3 also has a larger amount of RAM memory. The Microsoft Surface Pro 3 counts with a brighter screen than Motorola XOOM Wi-Fi, because it has a larger display, a much better resolution of 1440 x 2160 and a greater pixel count in each display inch.
