Microsoft Surface Pro 4 is much better than the Motorola XOOM Wi-Fi, getting a score of 75.1 against 55.1. The Microsoft Surface Pro 4 counts with Windows 10 Pro operating system, while Motorola XOOM Wi-Fi comes with Android 4.1.2 operating system. The Microsoft Surface Pro 4 design is noticeably newer and extremely thinner, but a little heavier than Motorola XOOM Wi-Fi.

The Motorola XOOM Wi-Fi features a much powerful processor than Microsoft Surface Pro 4, because although it has a lower amount of RAM, it also counts with a greater number of cores. Microsoft Surface Pro 4 has a much more vibrant screen than Motorola XOOM Wi-Fi, because it has a much better 1824 x 2736 pixels resolution, a bigger display and a way greater pixel density.

The Microsoft Surface Pro 4 counts with a way bigger storage for apps and games than Motorola XOOM Wi-Fi, because although it has no external memory slot, it also counts with 1000 GB internal storage capacity. The Motorola XOOM Wi-Fi captures clearer videos and photos than Microsoft Surface Pro 4, although it has a lot worse video resolution and a much less megapixels back facing camera.

The Microsoft Surface Pro 4's battery performance is very similar to the Motorola XOOM Wi-Fi one.

Microsoft Surface Pro 4 is more expensive than the Motorola XOOM Wi-Fi, but you can get a much better tablet for that extra money.
