The Samsung Ativ Tab is a lot better than Motorola XOOM Wi-Fi, with a 66.7 score against 55.1. Samsung Ativ Tab is a newer tablet device, and it's also way lighter and extremely thinner than the Motorola XOOM Wi-Fi. Samsung Ativ Tab counts with Windows RT OS, and Motorola XOOM Wi-Fi counts with Android 4.1.2 OS.
Samsung Ativ Tab features a superior processor than Motorola XOOM Wi-Fi, and although they both have a Dual-Core processing unit, the Samsung Ativ Tab also has a greater amount of RAM and a graphics processor. The Samsung Ativ Tab features a little sharper screen than Motorola XOOM Wi-Fi, and although they both have a display with the same size, the Samsung Ativ Tab also has a just a bit more pixels per inch of screen and a little bit higher resolution of 768 x 1366.
The Motorola XOOM Wi-Fi takes better pictures and videos than Samsung Ativ Tab. Both of them have the same 1280x720 video definition, a 5 megapixels resolution back camera and the same video frame rate. Samsung Ativ Tab has a much better storage to install applications and games than Motorola XOOM Wi-Fi, because it has a slot for an external memory card that allows a maximum of 64 GB and more internal storage.
Samsung Ativ Tab has a very superior battery duration than Motorola XOOM Wi-Fi.
The Samsung Ativ Tab costs a lot more than the Motorola XOOM Wi-Fi, but it's still a good choice, as you can get a lot more features for that extra money.
