The Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE is much better than Motorola XOOM Wi-Fi, with a overall score of 63 against 55.1. Both of these tablets work with Android OS (Operating System), but the Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE has the newer 4.4.2 version and Motorola XOOM Wi-Fi has Android 4.1.2, offering a couple additional features. Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE's construction is newer, lighter and way thinner than Motorola XOOM Wi-Fi.

Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE features a bit more powerful CPU than Motorola XOOM Wi-Fi, because it has a larger amount of RAM memory and a larger number of cores. Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE features a bit more vivid screen than Motorola XOOM Wi-Fi. Both have a same size screen, the same 800 x 1280px resolution and a higher count of pixels per inch of display.

Motorola XOOM Wi-Fi features a greater storage capacity for applications and games than Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE, because although it has a SD memory slot that admits up to 32 GB against 64 GB, it also counts with 32 GB internal memory capacity.
