Although Samsung Galaxy NotePRO 12.2 is a little heavier than Motorola XOOM Wi-Fi, it's a lot thinner and way newer. These devices work with Android OS (Operating System), but the Samsung Galaxy NotePRO 12.2 has newer 4.4 version while Motorola XOOM Wi-Fi has Android 4.1.2, so it gives you a couple nice extra features.
