Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T) is much better than Motorola XOOM Wi-Fi, having a general score of 65 against 55.1. Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T) is a newer portable tablet, and it's also somewhat lighter and way thinner than the Motorola XOOM Wi-Fi. These devices work with Android OS (operating system), but Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T) has the previous 4.1 version while Motorola XOOM Wi-Fi has Android 4.1.2 version.
Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T) features a little faster processor than Motorola XOOM Wi-Fi, and although they both have 2 CPU cores and the same RAM memory amount, the Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T) also has a graphics processing unit.
