Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch has a score of 65.9, which is much better than the Motorola XOOM Wi-Fi's global score of 55.1. Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch's body is notably newer, extremely thinner and incredibly lighter than the Motorola XOOM Wi-Fi. Both of these devices use Android OS (Operating System), but Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch has newer 4.2 version and Motorola XOOM Wi-Fi has Android 4.1.2 version, providing you some additional features.

Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch has just a bit better looking screen than Motorola XOOM Wi-Fi. They have a display of the same size, the same number of pixels in each inch in the display and the same exact resolution of 800 x 1280 pixels. The Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch has a slightly bigger memory capacity to install applications and games than Motorola XOOM Wi-Fi, and although they both have equal internal storage capacity, the Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch also has an external SD slot that supports a maximum of 64 GB.
