Galaxy Tab A 9.7 is slightly better than Motorola XOOM Wi-Fi, having a 60.5 score against 55.1. The Galaxy Tab A 9.7 is a way newer tablet, and it is also lighter and notably thinner than the Motorola XOOM Wi-Fi. These tablets have Android operating system, but Galaxy Tab A 9.7 has 7.1 Nougat version and Motorola XOOM Wi-Fi has Android 4.1.2 version.

The Motorola XOOM Wi-Fi counts with a much better looking screen than Samsung Galaxy Tab A 9.7, because it has a bit larger screen, a slightly better resolution of 800 x 1280px and a just a bit greater number of pixels in each display inch. Samsung Galaxy Tab A 9.7 has a bit more powerful CPU than Motorola XOOM Wi-Fi, because it has more RAM and a greater number of faster cores.
