Comparison review

Samsung Galaxy Tab E 8.0 is much better than the Motorola XOOM Wi-Fi, with a overall score of 64.9 against 55.1. The Samsung Galaxy Tab E 8.0 construction is newer, extremely thinner and extremely lighter than the Motorola XOOM Wi-Fi. These tablets use Android operating system, but the Samsung Galaxy Tab E 8.0 has a newer 5.1 Lollipop version while Motorola XOOM Wi-Fi has Android 4.1.2, so it provides the user some additional features and a performance increase.

Motorola XOOM Wi-Fi has a little bit better screen than Samsung Galaxy Tab E 8.0, because although it has a just a bit lower amount of pixels per inch in the display, and they both have exactly the same 800 x 1280 pixels resolution, the Motorola XOOM Wi-Fi also counts with a bigger display. Galaxy Tab E 8.0 features a bit better processing power than Motorola XOOM Wi-Fi, because it has a larger amount of RAM and a higher number of faster cores.

The Motorola XOOM Wi-Fi has a slightly better storage capacity to install applications and games than Samsung Galaxy Tab E 8.0, because although it has a slot for SD memory cards that supports 96 GB smaller, it also counts with 32 GB internal memory. The Samsung Galaxy Tab E 8.0 captures better photographs and videos than Motorola XOOM Wi-Fi. Both of them have the same resolution back camera, the same video frame rate and the same (HD) video resolution.

The Galaxy Tab E 8.0 counts with a much longer battery lifetime than Motorola XOOM Wi-Fi.
