The Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 is much better than Motorola XOOM Wi-Fi, with a global score of 74.6 against 55.1. Both of these tablets use Android OS, but the Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 has a more recent 4.4 version while Motorola XOOM Wi-Fi has Android 4.1.2 version, providing some additional features. The Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 is a noticeably newer tablet device, and it is also a lot lighter and way thinner than Motorola XOOM Wi-Fi.
The Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 counts with a lot better processing power than Motorola XOOM Wi-Fi, because it has more RAM, an additional graphics processor and 2 more cpu cores. Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 has a lot better screen than Motorola XOOM Wi-Fi, and although they both have a screen of the same size, the Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 also has a much greater display density and a much higher 1600 x 2560 resolution.
Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 counts with just a bit more storage capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Motorola XOOM Wi-Fi, and although they both have exactly the same internal memory capacity, the Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 also has a SD extension slot that supports up to 64 GB. The Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 counts with a much better battery performance than Motorola XOOM Wi-Fi.
The Motorola XOOM Wi-Fi counts with just a bit better camera than Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1, although it has a back-facing camera with way less mega-pixels resolution and a lot lower video definition.
The Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 costs more than Motorola XOOM Wi-Fi, but you can get a much better tablet for that extra money.
